Tuvix

Commanding Attack: A combination of Neelix and Tuvok's abilities. Fires an enhanced Phaser shot and reduces the cooldowns of all other hero abilities. 25 second cooldown.

A unique being resulting from an accident onboard the U.S.S. Voyager, Tuvix was created when Tuvok and Neelix were fused together by a transporter malfunction. Retaining the personalities and skills of both, he is now forced to navigate the complexities of his new existence.
