Biography
A Romulan scientist from the past who encountered the U.S.S. Voyager via a micro-wormhole. After being transported aboard, he became stranded in the future when Voyager was ultimately unable to send him back. He joined Captain Janeway's crew in the hope of returning to the Alpha Quadrant.
